“StopSPID: Affects Everyone” information campaign web portal was officially registered as electronic mass media. Official registration license was given by Federal Surveillance service on communications, information technologies and mass media.

Mass media status will help the resource to get wider access to the information sources, to participate proactively sectoral events and press conferences. From the date of registration the portal has all the rights of mass media in getting, transferring and protecting information.

Internet portal exists since 2004, has more than 15 000 visitors monthly. The portal provide the visitors with comprehensive and up-to-date information on HIV/AIDS, including the coordinates of specialized medical institutions in 93 cities in all the federal districts of Russia, where everyone can be tested on HIV and get necessary medical help. In 2009, joined the internet resources involved in the governmental information campaign on HIV/AIDS prevention.
